StudioG9 was commissioned to rebrand the food truck for D’onore Pasta, a vibrant pasta brand based in a bustling food truck park in VI, Lagos. The truck had previously been branded by another designer, but the visuals lacked cohesion and creativity. Our goal was to transform the truck into a bold, unified brand experience that stood out in the park and embodied D’onore’s essence.
The new design system centered around spaghetti in its different flavors, a visual language that instantly evokes hunger and indulgence. We paired a rich mustard yellow with deep crimson red to communicate warmth, authenticity, and appetite appeal. These colors, combined with expressive typography and playful pasta-inspired shapes, turned the truck into a striking anchor point within the food truck park.
Beyond the truck, StudioG9 extended the new visual identity to other key brand touchpoints, including the Invoice, Food Menu and Packaging Mockups. Together, these elements create a cohesive and memorable brand experience that not only attracts attention but also celebrates D’onore Pasta’s passion for delicious, authentic pasta in a lively food truck park setting.
D’onore Pasta embraces a clean, minimalistic layout that puts the spotlight on visual storytelling, allowing the vibrant essence of Lagos’ food culture to be presented with clarity and impact. Originally a disjointed mobile unit, the project was inspired by the idea of timeless design, blending the warmth of authentic food flavors with a modern, functional aesthetic to create an engaging experience for the bustling Victoria Island crowd.
