Designed a compelling book cover (front, back, and spine) for More Money, No Location, a Book title focused on financial freedom and location independence for restaurant owners. The primary objective was to create a visual identity that instantly communicated the book's core promise: earning and building a food business without geographical constraints.
Conducted a visual audit of best-seller books in the "food industry" and "business growth" niches to identify industry standards and successful design tropes. This phase involved analyzing color psychology (associating wealth, food, and trust) and typography trends that appeal to a modern, foodpreneur audience looking for lifestyle transformation.
Iterated through multiple concept sketches, experimenting with bold typography and symbolic imagery to blend the concepts of currency and travel. The final design was refined using industry-standard software to ensure print-readiness, resulting in a high-contrast, polished cover that stands out in both digital thumbnails and physical bookshelves.
The design concept centers on the theme of "no location but owing a food business." By visually merging elements of food business—such as a chefs hand, and a serving plate, and abstract store front—with bold typography system, the artwork serves as a visual metaphor for the freedom of the making money as a foodpreneurs without a physical location.
